Cancellation / No call No show Policy
A 50% deposit on a credit card or Teresa's gift card is required for new guests, current guests who have previously no showed appointments, Spa Packages, NovaLash full sets, Microblading, & multiple services or parties.
Failing to show or cancel your appointment without calling 24 hours prior will result in the loss of the deposit. Additionally, you may be asked to pre-pay for future appointments in full & will be charged 100% service fees for missed appointments.

Service Policy
We do not accept emotional support dogs. We accept service dogs with ID and certificates. ADA states a service pet is one who guides, signals, or is trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.
